Do You Need a Shower Liner With Storage Pockets?

Short answer: If your new bathroom needs a liner and has nowhere convenient for a few small toiletries, consider the Zenna Home clear pocketed shower liner in the 70-inch-wide × 72-inch-long, single-liner option. It adds storage to the curtain area, but it is not a rigid shelf or a solution for heavy refill bottles. Buy only after checking the fit and whether your rod and hooks can support the added load.

Check what the bathroom already has

Before adding anything to your moving list, look for a shower door, a usable liner, a rod and hooks, and an existing shelf or caddy. If the shower already works and your toiletries have a home, skip this purchase. If only the liner is missing and storage is adequate, an ordinary liner may be enough.

This option makes the most sense when you need both a liner and light-duty storage. It is clear, so do not choose it as a privacy curtain.

Measure before assuming it will fit

The selected liner is 70 inches wide and 72 inches long. Compare those dimensions with your actual shower opening and hanging position, or with a liner that already fits correctly. They are the product’s dimensions, not a promise that it fits every tub or shower.

The listing specifies 12 metal grommets for shower rings or hooks. Check your hanging setup separately. We have not confirmed that rings or hooks are included, and the rod and hooks shown in the photo do not establish what comes in the package. Do not treat this as a complete shower setup.

The selected liner is 70 inches wide and 72 inches long; compare both dimensions with the actual opening and hanging position.
Original size-check diagram, not an installation drawing. Width and length both matter.

Plan the pockets around what you actually use

The liner has nine mesh pockets in three sizes. Check the items you plan to store against the selected listing, but remember that nominal pocket dimensions do not establish usable opening width or depth. A bulky bottle is not guaranteed to fit.

The listing’s limit is 1 lb per pocket. Include everything you plan to put in that pocket when checking its weight. Start with the few small toiletries you want within reach, rather than planning to fill every pocket. Keep large refill bottles elsewhere.

That per-pocket limit does not establish the safe total load for your rod, hooks, or their attachment. Check those separately; do not add the pocket limits together and call the result a safe system capacity. If you cannot confirm that your hanging setup supports the additional load, skip this storage approach.

The listing allows 1 lb per pocket, but rod, hook, and attachment capacity must be checked separately; pocket limits do not establish a safe total load.
A pocket rating is not a rating for the whole hanging setup.

The selected Amazon option is one clear PEVA liner. Its listed care is wiping with a damp cloth and hanging to dry. Mesh pockets are not sealed dry storage; choose another place for anything that needs to stay dry.
