Litter Genie Easy Roll vs. Plus: Choose by Refills
Choose Litter Genie Plus if you want to keep using US Jumbo refills. Choose Easy Roll if you prefer pre-divided, tear-off bags and are ready to change refill systems. The deciding difference is the bag format and compatibility, not an assumed odor-control winner.

What Changes at Refill Time?
Plus gives Jumbo refills a compatible home
The manufacturer's US Jumbo refill page lists Plus as compatible and explicitly excludes Easy Roll. The Plus product page also lists Jumbo compatibility. If you already have those cartridges, Plus is the supported choice between these two pails.
Continuous film lets you choose where to cut rather than use a preset bag division. The instructions linked from the selected Plus listing show cutting off the collected bag with the built-in cutter, tying it closed, then pulling down more film and knotting a new bottom.
That flexibility comes with those cutting and knotting steps. It is not proof of lower refill cost or less plastic use. Nor does Jumbo compatibility mean a Jumbo cartridge comes in this selected Plus kit.

Easy Roll sets the separation point for you
Easy Roll's bags are pre-divided on a perforated roll. Instead of choosing a cut point on a continuous sleeve, you separate a bag at its perforation. That is a concrete format preference, not simply a newer pail for the same cartridges.

The selected grey US kit includes one refill with 24 bags. Plan around the bag count and your actual use, not the months printed on supplier packaging. Follow the supplied instructions for loading, securing and removing the bag; pre-divided does not mean we have verified a knot-free routine.
The trade-off is changing consumables. An Easy Roll purchase will not use up your existing Jumbo refills, and the Litter Genie brand name alone does not establish cartridge fit.
Check the Refill Name Before the Pail
For Jumbo cartridges already on hand, choose Plus. For the preset tear-off format, choose Easy Roll and buy refills that explicitly name Easy Roll compatibility. Check the exact selected kit too: the Silver Plus includes a square refill, while the grey Easy Roll kit includes its own 24-bag refill.
Our Buying Advice
Plus is the better fit for carrying over Jumbo supplies or choosing the length of continuous film. Easy Roll is the alternative for pre-divided bags, with a different refill system to maintain. Neither format alone proves better odor control or fewer total chores.

How We Compared Them
We used the matching US listings, manufacturer compatibility information and linked instructions, not hands-on testing. This comparison covers grey Easy Roll I000371 and Silver Plus, not other pails with similar names. Supplier photos remain unchanged. Printed duration and antimicrobial claims are not our results; we make no refill-life, health or odor-superiority promise.
