DrawerStore 85119 overlaps silverware in a narrow strip, leaving room beside it for long utensils. Here is the visibility tradeoff and drawer-clearance requirement.

Want silverware sorted without giving the whole drawer to a flat tray? The Joseph Joseph DrawerStore Small Grey 85119 stacks cutlery in one narrow strip. Choose this layout when you want a lane beside it for long cooking utensils. The tradeoff is that some utensil heads sit partly hidden inside the pockets.

The side lane is the point: silverware stays together while a long turner sits alongside. Cutlery and other props are not included.

Picture the drawer from above

A wide, flat tray spreads its sections across the drawer. DrawerStore overlaps them along its length. In the pictured arrangement, the remaining space forms a continuous lane rather than another small tray compartment. Whether that lane fits your own turner or serving spoon depends on your drawer and utensils.

Handles overlap in tiers. You gain a narrow arrangement, but lose a full view of some utensil heads.

If you prefer to see every fork and spoon head at once, an open flat tray is the clearer layout. DrawerStore adds molded cutlery icons to help identify the covered sections.

The fork symbol identifies the compartment even when the fork heads are tucked inside.

Five sections, two shorter pockets

The five angled compartments include two shorter, side-by-side pockets at one end. The loaded product photo shows smaller spoons there. Compare that arrangement with the pieces you actually want to separate; five compartments do not establish a universal fit for every silverware set.

Two shorter pockets share one end of the organizer; the longer cutlery sections continue behind them.

Leave clearance above the loaded cutlery

The specified minimum drawer height is 3¼ inches. Check usable clearance inside the drawer, not the height of its front panel. Also check the exact listing’s footprint against the space you intend to leave alongside it. The minimum height alone does not guarantee that your loaded spoons will clear the cabinet as the drawer closes.
