Choose the USA Pan Pullman pan with its sliding lid when a square-topped sandwich loaf is the form you want to bake. The cover gives the loaf a top boundary as well as sides. That makes it relevant to a covered-pan bread recipe, but it does not make an arbitrary dough become a correctly filled loaf.

The selected pan’s inside baking dimensions are 13 × 4 × 4 inches. Use all three dimensions when checking the recipe’s pan specification. The listing’s shorter “13 x 4” option label does not replace that full baking-size description.
