The manufacturer lists a 24-inch width and depth, hinged branches and a folding metal stand. It plugs in; spare bulbs and fuses are included. Other heights and light colors are separate selections. Will the smaller display suit your room?
This is a candidate for a modest tree beside the furniture. If you want a tree that fills the vertical space above it, choose a different size. Pre-attached lights save you choosing and stringing the first lighting set; they offer less freedom if choosing your own lights is part of the fun.
Use the full branch spread when checking the floor space. Add room for decorations, doors and everyday movement. The stand's precise footprint is unverified, so do not use the branch dimensions to choose a supporting table.
