Command Clear Round Cord Clips suit a single-cord route along a compatible smooth wall or finished desk side. This guide covers CL017-13NA: 13 clear clips and 16 strips. The small clips keep the route simple, but surface preparation, cord fit and space to remove the adhesive matter more than the pack count. They are not cable-bundle holders or power-strip mounts.

Check the surface first

The listing names smooth painted walls, finished wood, laminate, metal and tile. A desk still needs a compatible smooth finish; being furniture is not enough.

The official sheet specifies indoor use at 50–105°F. Do not use these clips on windows, wallpaper or textured surfaces, over beds, or for valuable or irreplaceable items or framed pictures. For fresh paint, follow both the paint’s requirements and the instructions in your supplied pack.

Check the cord, not just the clip dimensions

Try the round cord in an unattached clip without forcing it before using adhesive. The diagram gives approximate exterior dimensions: 1.25 inches high, 0.82 inches wide and 0.5 inch deep. None establishes a maximum cord diameter or load capacity.

Install without skipping the wait

The 13 round clips, adhesive strips and 17017CLRES instruction sheet shown in the selected pack. — Read the supplied instructions rather than relying on this small photographed sheet. The installation and removal steps are summarized below.

Read the instructions in your pack. Clean the compatible surface with rubbing alcohol, not household cleaners.
Remove the black liner. Apply the strip to the wall and press the entire strip firmly for 30 seconds.
Remove the blue liner. Press the clip onto the strip firmly for another 30 seconds.
Wait one hour before use. Keep the removal tab accessible when arranging the cord.

Leave room for removal

Hold the clip gently. Never pull the strip outward toward you. Slowly stretch it straight down against the wall for at least 6 inches, as the official sheet directs. If furniture prevents that movement, choose another location before installation.
